What We Do All Special Special Education Staff are Required to complete every checkbox of their assigned End of Year Checklists prior to leaving for the summer. Each item must be initialed or stamped by the required member listed on the form. A final signature is also required stating that you have completed all components. If you have challenges or questions regarding a component of your checklist you are to contact your direct supervisor for clarity and guidance before your final check in with your supervisor. Forms |
