What's Required What We Do General Education and Special Education teachers all play a vital role as IEP team members. While not all of the student's teachers are able to attend the IEP meeting the input they provide regarding student needs are essential to making appropriate decisions and accommodations. The completion of the Teacher Input form is required from every teacher who instructs the student. The Special Education Case Manager should supply a copy of this form to every teacher (both General Education and Special Education) at least 4 weeks in advance of the IEP meeting with a due date of three weeks before the IEP Meeting. This provides the Case Manager time 1 week to analyze the data and student needs from the Teacher Input Form and incorporate the information into the PLAAFP and Goals and Objectives.
