Notification to the student data management systems team is required to ensure accuracy in records for our students. The campus is to ensure accurate records for our students and this includes the consistency in reporting student status documentation for students that meet the following criteria: - Students that withdraw from Spring ISD at any time during the school year
- Students that withdraw from Spring ISD during the referral to special education process
- Students that withdraw from Spring ISD during the assessment process for identification and/or reevaluation
- Students whose total services are dismissed by a Special Education ARD/IEP committee
- Students with services in special education that are revoked or terminated
- We must ensure the campus registrar is aware of the withdrawal of the student, IF the student:
- Withdrawals from Spring ISD
- Has Special Education Services that were revoked or dismissed in it's totality
- We must notify our student data management teams to ensure the student's status accurately reflects the student's circumstances
- Complete the Change in Student ESPED Status Form to notify the student data management team of :
- Student Withdrawals from Spring ISD
- Indicate the reason on the form (attendance, enrolled in new school etc.,)
- Special Education Service Termination
- Special Education Dismissals
